Requirements

• Gainful employment for minimum of 1 year. 
• Minimum monthly income of $ 3,600.00 (provide pay stubs for last 3 month)
• Security Deposit starting at $ 500.00 (depending on income and credit score.)
• Minimum credit score of 550.

Restrictions

• In order to protect the health, safety and welfare of our residents, we will not admit applicants that are or have been involved in criminal activity, or applicants whose family members (those that would occupy the apartment together with the applicant) are or have been involved in criminal activity.
• Occupancy of apartments is limited to 2 (two) persons. (Excluding one minor under the age of 2 (two) years.)
• We may not accept applicants with a credit history indicating problems with timely payments, and/or applicants that have a debt ratio in excess of 30% of their income.
• No pets.
